Make sure that Apache is up and running and listening on port 80. Also, make sure that your firewall doesn’t block the connections.

Apache “sees” the config files (ie: if I have a mistake it will flag the mistake when I try to restart Apache) but when I go to the URL of the site (actually just the IP as I don’t yet have a domain) it just loads a “This site can’t be reached” (ie: apache isn’t processing anything)
