Next, you need to select your timezone from the list:<\/p>\n<pre>Please identify a location so that time zone rules can be set correctly.\r\nPlease select a continent or ocean.\r\n1) Africa\r\n2) Americas\r\n3) Antarctica\r\n4) Arctic Ocean\r\n5) Asia\r\n6) Atlantic Ocean\r\n7) Australia\r\n8) Europe\r\n9) Indian Ocean\r\n10) Pacific Ocean\r\n11) none - I want to specify the time zone using the Posix TZ format.<\/pre>\n<p>After you set up your timezone, you will see the following on your screen:<\/p>\n<pre>=== Informations required to build your server ===\r\nThe installer requires 2 pieces of information:\r\n1) the sub-domain that you want to use to access Sentora panel,\r\n- do not use your main domain (like domain.com)\r\n- use a sub-domain, e.g panel.domain.com\r\n- or use the server hostname, e.g server1.domain.com\r\n- DNS must already be configured and pointing to the server IP\r\nfor this sub-domain\r\n2) The public IP of the server.<\/pre>\n<p>What this means is that you must have a DNS propagated subdomain that you will enter after which you will be able to access the Sentora control panel by using that subdomain. The second information is the public IP address of the server.<\/p>\n<p>For example, if you don&#8217;t configure sentora.yourdomain.tld the following error will stop you from continuing with the installation:<\/p>\n<pre>WARNING: sentora is not a subdomain!\r\nWARNING: sentora is not defined in your DNS!\r\nYou must add records in your DNS manager (and then wait until propagation is done).\r\nFor more information, read the Sentora documentation:\r\n- http:\/\/docs.sentora.org\/index.php?node=7 (Installing Sentora)\r\n- http:\/\/docs.sentora.org\/index.php?node=51 (Installer questions)\r\nIf this is a production installation, set the DNS up as soon as possible.\r\n\r\nThere are some warnings...\r\nAre you really sure that you want to setup Sentora with these parameters?\r\n(y):Accept and install, (n):Change domain or IP, (q):Quit installer? n<\/pre>\n<p>So, if you accept the settings without solving the warnings, Sentora will not work on your server.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, you must configure a working subdomain.
